Leading creator marketing platform strengthens commitment to creator empowerment by welcoming former TikTok executive

With a dynamic career spanning digital media, advertising, and economic development, Halaby brings more than 20 years of expertise and passion for empowering creators and entrepreneurs.

In her new role, Halaby will lead the charge in building strategies that will foster meaningful creator collaborations. She will be responsible for developing authentic brand-creator strategies and elevating the creator community on the Collective Voice platform.

Prior to Collective Voice, Halaby served as Head of Entertainment, North America at TikTok, where she established and led the entertainment content partnerships practice. She spearheaded high-profile collaborations, onboarded top-tier creators and public figures, and developed original content for TikTok LIVE, all while serving as a company spokesperson and industry educator. After leaving TikTok in the summer of 2024, Halaby managed digital and creator partnerships for the Harris for President campaign.

Halaby's media career took off at Funny or Die before joining WPP, where she specialized in digital audience growth and creator partnerships. She also served as a strategist at Fullscreen Media, leading content initiatives for Fullscreen Original Entertainment and AT&T's Hello Lab Originals.

She holds a BA in History from Yale University and a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
