Holding a degree in Sociology from EHESS in Paris, France (1988) and a License in Political Economy and Public Administration from the University of Paris VIII (1991), Dr. Lalanne’s academic background is complemented by his rigorous training at The Salvation Army College in Atlanta, Georgia. He was ordained as a pastor and Officer in 2001.
Dr. Lalanne has held various ministerial roles and was promoted to the rank of Major. In 2023, he earned a Doctor of Theology degree and a Certificate of Chaplaincy from Providence International Christian University. Dr. Lalanne’s passion for humanitarian service and theological education has led him to write multiple books, including Ecclesiology for All, Look At The Thornburch, Heart in a Sling, and Despite Everything, I Love Him.
